Often we try to change an unwanted pattern of behavior and face resistance from within.
For example:
• Dieters desperately want to lose and release weight but are tempted to eat the wrong food.
• Smokers want health but crave cigarettes.
• People with self-confidence issues can’t stop negative self-talk.
Have you ever noticed how people often refer to parts of themselves when discussing decisions, e.g. – “part of me wants to do it but part of me does not?”

The reason is…
As human beings we have an incredible ability to learn complex patterns of behavior, walking, speaking, swimming, driving, reading etc. Once we learn something to the point where it becomes an unconscious ability or a skill, it is as if at that point we create a part of us that then does that job for us.
This works brilliantly for us. It enables us to function at a high level as human beings. Where it works against us is when we learn a habit like smoking or eating for comfort or even irrational fears. To consciously change a habitual behavior would be as hard as trying to forget how to walk or speak because it is not something we consciously do, it is has become an unconscious ability.

Our minds exist as a collection of parts with their own agendas. Each of those parts has its own positive intention which can conflict with our conscious intentions. When you repeat a pattern of behavior, at some point it’s as if that part was then created to run that specific process. That part of your mind is trying to achieve something useful. Until you deal with the part responsible for that pattern of behavior the problem will remain.
What if you could communicate with the part of your mind which causes you to behave in ways you don’t want? The only permanent solution is by negotiating between the different parts, which is why I specialize in parts negotiation at the subconscious level. Living and working in Loudoun County Northern Virginia so many of my clients are under extreme stress and anxiety often leading them to addictions and addictive behaviors. Smoking and binge eating being common. We have to engage the subconscious to re-arrange negative patterns and beliefs. No matter where you live, online sessions are available by Zoom, Skype, FaceTime and WhatsApp.
Hypnosis enables the hypnotist to communicate directly with the part responsible for running the problem behavior. To negotiate with it and ask it to find a better more beneficial way of achieving the positive intention but that will at the same time allow the client the freedom from the negative or troublesome behavior that is holding them back.
Hypnosis is a tool which can open a dialogue between different parts of the subconscious mind. Once the conflict is resolved, you will see rapid change.
You already have the resources you need to solve your problem. My clients come to me with subconscious patterns of behavior, not a conscious problem. My belief is that you already know all that you need to know about your problem and you already have the answers of how to overcome them.
My job is to uncover the solutions and the strengths that you already have within you.
