Hope all is well. I’m glade I came to see you yesterday. It was a very amazing experience. I was telling myself why didn’t I do this long time ago. Yesterday was the first time I really felt peace inside of me. I will continue to listen to the recording and also practice the 5 x3 Breathing. I feel there are big things coming on my way.
