Hi Vanessa! Thanks for the support! I’ve been listening to the audios each night. I’ve listened to mine and the visual gastric bypass one. I still have yet to listen to the anxiety one. Last night I fell right to sleep and don’t remember a thing but I think you said that’s ok right? It’s all I can do to stay awake as I’m so relaxed immediately! I’ve found myself thinking less about food (no cravings) during the day but I do still get triggered as soon as I get home from work. It’s a long standing habit/routine. When I remember, I tap my knee and say “now” and that has helped. I tell myself: progress not perfection. I truly believe that there’s something to all of this.
